  • We made it up to Montepulciano
  • Walking through Montepulciano before lunch
  • The view from the top of the town. Our hotel (where we started and ended the ride) is about half way to the next range of hills.

  • Most of the Tuscan towns we visited were on the top of hills and the towns themselves were very hilly.

  • Our lunch stop with the lake in the background. The girls sailed on the lake after lunch while the adults rode some more.
  • We ended the day by riding to our hotel in Cortona, 2/3 of the way up the hill. We had dinner at the top.
